摘要
离心雾化器是垃圾发电厂尾气净化的关键设备,其雾化性能直接影响垃圾焚烧尾气排放的质量与吸收剂的利用率。在介绍雾化器工作原理的基础上,建立离心雾化器雾化性能试验系统,分析雾化转盘转速、进料速率、石灰浆液质量分数等参数对雾滴粒径分布和喷雾距的影响。试验结果表明:雾化转盘转速提高,雾滴粒径和喷雾距减小,当雾化转盘转速提高到某一定值后,雾滴粒径的变化变为不明显;进料速率增大,雾滴粒径和喷雾距增大;石灰浆液质量分数增大,雾滴粒径增大。
The centrifugal atomizer is the key equipment for waste gas purification in the waste to energy power plant,and its atomization performance directly affects the quality of exhaust emission of waste incineration and the utilization rate of absorbent.Based on the introduction of the working principle of the atomizer,a test system for atomization performance of the centrifugal atomizer was established to analyze the influence of parameters such as the rotation speed of the atomization turntable,the feed rate,and the mass fraction of the lime slurry on the droplet size distribution and spray distance.The test results show that when the speed of the atomization turntable increases,the droplet size and spray distance decrease.When the speed of the atomization turntable increases to a certain value,the change of the droplet size becomes insignificant.As the feed rate increases,the droplet size and spray distance increase.The mass fraction of lime slurry increases,and the droplet size increases.
