摘要
壳体柔性制造单元工艺能力平衡是一个技术难点,对此,在约束条件下对壳体柔性制造单元工艺能力平衡进行了研究。在研究中,分析了约束条件,从单元、加工中心、生产线三方面对壳体柔性制造单元进行工艺能力平衡,并对工艺能力平衡结果进行了评价。
The process capability balance of the shell FMC is a technical difficulty.In this regard,the process capability balance of the shell FMC was investigated under constrained conditions.In the investigation,the constraint conditions were analyzed,the process capability of the shell FMC was balanced from the three aspects of the cell,the machining center and the production line,and the result of the process capability balance was evaluated.
