Research on Talent Training Strategy of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on BIM Technology

随着数字化、信息化技术的快速发展和广泛应用,传统建筑行业的信息化进程在逐步加快。建筑信息模型(BIM)职业技能是建筑工程技术领域内以应用为主的先进技术,已被列入国家“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点工作。高职院校作为技术技能型人才培养的摇篮,需要采取有效的人才培养策略将BIM技术快速地融入教育教学中,为建筑产业的转型升级提供人才保障。

With the rapid development and wide application of digital and information technology,the informatization process of traditional construction industry is accelerating gradually.Building Information Modeling(BIM)vocational skill is an advanced application-oriented technology in the field of construction engineering technology,which has been listed in the pilot project of national“diploma+vocational skill certificates”system.As the cradle of technical and skilled talents cultivation,higher vocational colleges need to take effective talent cultivation strategies to accelerate the integration of BIM technology into education and teaching,so as to provide talent guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
