职业教育已经形成了产业、行业、企业、职业、专业“五业联动”的产教融合、校企合作的改革发展新思路,形成了政府、行业、企业、学校、研究单位“五方协同”的新环境格局。新思路和新格局,从办学模式、教学模式、人才培养模式等不同层面,为高等职业教育的发展奠定了改革与创新的理论和实践基础。滨海职业教育集团以此为契机,以服务学习型城市建设为目标,以滨海新区经济社会发展为动力,以特色项目建设为抓手,为构建现代终身教育体系和现代职业教育体系、建设“五个现代化”的天津服务,在职业教育人才培养、京津冀教育协同发展、社区教育特色发展等方面作出了积极贡献。
