细胞因子对肝纤维化发展影响的研究进展

Role of cytokines in the progression of hepatic fibrosis:A review

肝纤维化是所有慢性肝病的常见病理基础,也是慢性肝病发展为肝硬化的必要阶段。由于不同细胞、细胞因子作为致病因素在肝纤维化中起重要作用,肝纤维化的发病机制十分复杂。本文就肝纤维化发展机制、不同细胞及细胞因子(巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞、自然杀伤T细胞、肿瘤坏死因子、IL-22、转化生长因子-β、结缔组织生长因子、血管内皮生长因子)对肝纤维化发展作用的影响进行了综述。

Hepatic fibrosis is a common pathological basis for all chronic liver diseases,and a necessary stage for the pro‐gression of chronic liver disease into cirrhosis.Since various cells and cytokines,as pathogenic factors,play a major role in hepatic fibrosis,the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis is extremely complicated.This review focuses on the role of different cells and cyto‐kines(macrophages,natural killer cells and natural killer T cells,tumor necrosis factor,IL-22,transforming growth factor beta,connective tissue growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor)in the progression of hepatic fibrosis.
