摘要
针对现有车间工具使用存放不合理所导致的工具缺失或丢失问题,文中分析了RFID技术的原理和应用特点,提出一种基于RFID和WiFi的车间工具管理手持机的系统设计方案。该手持机基于Android平台开发,同一WiFi下利用JDBC技术访问智能工具柜的远程数据库并进行数据交互,实现了用户登录管理和缺失工具的指定查找功能。经测试,该系统能有效地提高车间工具的使用效率,减少工具的丢失,具有良好的实用价值。
In order to solve the problems of tool deficiency and missing caused by unreasonable storage of tools in the existing workshop,the principle and application characteristics of RFID technology are analyzed,and a system design scheme for workshop tool management handheld set based on RFID and WiFi is proposed.The handheld set is developed on the basis of the Android platform.JDBC technology is used to access the remote database of the intelligent tool cabinet and perform data interaction under the same WiFi,so as to realize the functions of user login management and the designated search for missing tools.The testing results show that the system can effectively improve the use efficiency of workshop tools and reduce the loss of tools.Therefore,it has good practical value.
