摘要
由于无人机电源在充放电过程中存在的过充和过放现象以及单体电池电压不均衡现象,会导致电池的使用寿命降低,为此,文中设计一款用于大容量七串锂电池的智能充电器,以实现对锂电池包的均衡充电和维护管理。系统主控芯片采用STM32F103C8T6,显示模块以C8051F410为核心,可以进行电池电压、电流、温度、充电次数、电池容量的检测和充放电控制。电池容量检测采用最小二乘拟合方法提高测量精度并有效防止过充过放现象,并利用被动均衡技术保证单体电池电压均衡。经实验验证,所设计的智能充电器功能完善,测量精度高,被动均衡效果好,具有广泛的应用前景。
During the charging and discharging process of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)battery,since there are overcharge and over discharge phenomena and voltage unbalance of single battery,which can reduce the service life of battery,an intelligent charger for seven strings of large capacity lithium battery is designed in this paper to realize the balanced charging and maintenance management of lithium battery pack.In the charger system,the main control chip STM32F103C8T6 is adopted,and C8051F410 is taken as the core of the display module,which can detect the battery voltage,current,temperature,charging times and capacity,and control the charge and discharge.In the battery capacity detection,the least square fitting method is used to improve the measurement accuracy and effectively prevent the overcharge and over discharge phenomena,and the passive equalization technology is utilized to ensure the voltage balance of single battery.The experimental verification results show that the intelligent charger has perfect functions,high measurement accuracy and good passive equalization effect,and has a wide application prospect.
