基于混合云模式的体验式心理咨询在线服务系统

Experiential psychological consultation online service system based on hybrid cloud model

针对传统的心理咨询在线系统中由于资源分配不合理导致系统效益低的问题,设计基于混合云模式的体验式心理咨询在线服务系统。在硬件设计上,设计视频采集卡,记录用户历史信息,同时方便记录用户咨询实时状态,用以后续分析用户心理健康状态。在软件设计上,设计域间资源共享方案,实现系统资源与用户资源的云共享,便于采用线上的方式进行咨询时,实时调用用户信息;设计混合云模式的信息交流模式,通过私有云与公有云的结合使用,实现实时在线服务。至此,系统设计完成。测试结果表明,设计的基于混合云模式的体验式心理咨询在线服务系统系统服务成本和资源调度成本较低,系统效益高。

In order to solve the problem of low system efficiency caused by unreasonable resource allocation in the traditional psychological consultation online system,an experiential psychological consultation online service system based on the hybrid cloud mode is designed.In hardware design,a video capture card is designed to record user historical information,which is also convenient to record the real-time status of user consultations for subsequent analysis of user mental health status.In software design,inter-domain resource sharing schemes are designed to realize cloud sharing of the system resources and user resources,which facilitates the real-time invocation of user information when online consulting mode is used;a information exchange mode in the hybrid cloud mode is designed to realize real-time online service by means of the combined use of private cloud and public cloud.So far,the system design has been completed.The test results show that the designed experiential psychological counseling online service system based on the hybrid cloud model has low system service and resource scheduling costs,and high system benefit.
