摘要
广式凉茶是由多种复合植物制成的中草药茶饮品,具有抗氧化、抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤、抑菌和降血糖等功效。近年来,随着消费者对凉茶清热解毒等功效的认同,凉茶消费量日益增加,然而市场上的凉茶质量良莠不齐。阐述广式凉茶的功效作用,且对近期出现的安全性问题(如重金属污染、农药残留和非法添加等)进行探讨,以期为规范凉茶安全生产和质量监控提供参考。
Cantonese herbal tea is a Chinese herbal tea drink made from a variety of compound plants.It plays the role of antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,liver protection and weight loss.In recent years,with the consumer's recognition of the herbal tea's effect of purging heat and purging fire,the consumption of herbal tea has been increasing.However,the effect and quality of herbal tea on the market are uneven.The research progress of cantonese herbal tea and recent safety issues such as heavy metal pollution,pesticide residues and illegal additions were discussed in order to provide a reference for regulating the safe production and quality control of herbal tea.
