基于标准化的果蔬产品运输包装技术及其应用研究

果蔬产品是我国最重要的农业种植产品,是保障国家民生安全的重要物资。提高果蔬产品运输效率、降低运输过程中产品损耗及包装成本对果蔬产业的发展具有重要的作用。果蔬包装技术分为包装容器、包装材料和包装方法等。从果蔬产品运输特性要求出发,以果蔬产品包装技术设计的角度设计了一种恒温恒湿智能包装箱设计,果蔬包装材料的选型与果蔬包装方法标准化等包装方案,为果蔬产业提供了新的解决思路。

Fruit and vegetable products are the most important agricultural products in China,and are important materials to ensure the safety of the people's livelihood.It is very important to improve the transportation efficiency of fruit and vegetable products and reduce the product loss and packaging cost in the transportation process for the development of fruit and vegetable industry.Fruit and vegetable packaging technology was divided into packaging containers,packaging materials and packaging methods.In this paper,starting from the transportation characteristics of fruit and vegetable products and from the perspective of packaging technology design of fruit and vegetable products,a kind of constant temperature and humidity intelligent packaging box design,the selection of fruit and vegetable packaging materials and the standardization of fruit and vegetable packaging methods were designed,which would provide a new solution for the fruit and vegetable industry.
