随着大功率和高开关频率半导体器件的成功开发和研制,以及现代数字技术的普及,近几年来定子调压调速技术在起重机上得到了广泛的应用。针对舞钢公司第二炼钢厂桥式起重机ABB定子调压调速装置在应用中出现的电气故障,进行故障原因分析,并制定改进措施,可供同行企业检修人员快速排查同类型电气故障时参考借鉴。

With the successful development,research and manufacture of high power,high switching frequency semiconductor devices,and popularization of modern digital technology,stator voltage and speed regulation technology has been widely applied on crane in recent years.Aiming at the electrical failures of ABB stator voltage and speed regulation device applied on bridge crane in Wusteel No.2 Steelmaking Plant,the failure causes are analyzed,improvement measures are established,which can be provided to the maintenance personnel of other enterprises in the same field for reference during rapid troubleshooting of the same type electrical failures.
