The Renovation Summary of Rolling Workshop in Wusteel 4 200 mm Wide and Heavy Steel Plate Production Line

基于舞钢4200 mm宽厚板产线轧钢车间的诸多现实条件,经过多方论证,提出了维持老4200 mm轧机不间断生产的改造方案。改造完成后效提升了产品的品质和性能,进一步巩固了舞钢作为国家特厚板生产基地的地位。本改造方案可供未来相似工程改造参考借鉴。

Based on practical conditions of rolling workshop in 4200 mm wide and heavy steel plate production line of Wusteel,the plan to renovate existing plate mill without operation interruption is proposed after multi-party discussion and demonstration.The renovation effectively improves the product quality and properties,consolidates the position of Wusteel as the national production base of extra heavy steel plate.The renovation plan can be provided as reference for the future similar renovation project.
