不同光照强度对多花黄精生长及光合特性的影响 被引量:15

摘要 本试验选择4种不同透光率的皂角林地构造不同的遮阴处理,并设置全光照处理作为对照,研究不同光照强度对多花黄精生长指标、有效成分含量及光合参数的影响。结果表明,同一生育时期的多花黄精在透光率为32.3%、52.6%、71.7%的皂角林下种植时,植株的生长指标、有效成分含量及光合参数表现较好,尤以32.3%透光率处理的最好。表明透光率为32.3%~71.7%的皂角林下环境比较适宜栽培多花黄精,有利于提高其产量和品质。 Four light transmittance woodlands of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.were selected as different illumination intensity treatments with full light treatment as control,and their effects on growth indexes,effective component contents and photosynthetic parameters of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua were studied.The results showed that the growth index,effective component contents and photosynthetic parameters of P.cyrtonema Hua during the same growth period were better when the light transmittance were 32.3%,52.6%and 71.7%,especially the treatment with light transmittance as 32.3%.Comprehensive analysis suggested that the environment under the G.sinensis Lam.forest with the light transmittance of 32.3%to 71.7%was more suitable for cultivation of P.cyrtonema Hua,which was of great significance to improving yield and quality.
