摘要
以白叶1号为试材,采用大田试验法,研究叶面喷施不同用量纳米硒(0、4.5、9.0、13.5、18.0 g/hm2)对茶树叶片光合特性和产量的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施纳米硒能显著提高茶树叶片叶绿素含量和鲜叶产量;随纳米硒用量增加,茶树叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)先升高后降低,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)则先降低后升高;随纳米硒用量增加,叶绿素荧光参数PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)呈先升高后降低的趋势。与对照相比,叶面喷施13.5 g/hm2纳米硒溶液,对提高茶树光合性能和产量效果最佳。
Field experiment was conducted to study effects on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of tea through spraying nano-selenium(0,4.5,9.0,13.5,18.0 g/hm2)with the material of‘Baiye 1’.The results showed that nano-selenium could increase the chlorophyll content and yield of fresh leaves.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),chlorophyll fluorescence parameter PSⅡactual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSⅡ),PSⅡmaximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),PSⅡpotential activity(Fv/Fo)and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)increased first and then decreased with the increase of selenium concentrations,while intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)decreased first and then increased.Compared with the control,spraying 13.5 g/hm2 nano-selenium solution on the leaf surface was the best to improve the photosynthetic performance and yield of tea.
