美国图书馆界促进社会包容发展的启示与思考

摘要 促进社会平等和包容性发展是图书馆与生俱来的属性,亦是其作为公共文化服务机构的根本任务。为促进社会包容发展,美国图书馆界开展顶层设计,构建相关战略体系,组建专门的工作团队,强化社区合作与协同、强化专业框架及工具的开发与应用,积累一定的经验但也存在一些问题。我国图书馆在借鉴其经验的基础上,应进一步加强对服务政策和内容的审查,充分利用大数据分析落实图书馆的包容性服务,并不断提升馆员包容性服务水平和能力。
