在数字化油田发展的今天,光纤通信已经普及,但仍有部分单位没有实现光纤入户。这些单位还在使用机顶盒与非对称数字用户线路(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line,ADSL)宽带,由此带来的故障不可避免。通过分析长期在边远地区实际工作中遇到的故障,总结了机顶盒与ADSL宽带故障的各种原因和常见的处理方法,探讨日常工作中提高机顶盒与ADSL宽带放装率和障碍历时问题的具体方法。

Today,with the development of digital oilfield,optical fiber communication has been popularized,but there are still some units that have not realized optical fiber to the home.These units are still using Set Top Box(STB)and ADSL broadband,and the resulting failure is inevitable.By analyzing the faults encountered in the long-term practical work in remote areas,this paper summarizes the various causes and common treatment methods of STB and ADSL broadband faults,and discusses the specific methods to improve the STB and ADSL broadband loading rate and obstacle duration in daily work.
