摘要
常压室温等离子体诱变技术在选育微生物领域应用广泛,与传统化学诱变和物理诱变相比,具有无污染、突变速度快、易人工控制等优点。围绕细菌、真菌、酵母及微藻等方面研究常压室温等离子体诱变技术的应用,诱变菌株具有遗传稳定、产量高等特点,实际工业应用中提高经济效益。通过对常压室温等离子体诱变技术进行系统分析,为进一步常压室温等离子体诱变研究提供理论基础。
Plasma mutagenesis has been widely used in the field of mutagenesis breeding of microorganisms.Compared with traditional chemical mutagenesis and physical mutagenesis,plasma mutagenesis has many advantages,such as no pollution,fast mutation rate and easy manual control.In this paper,the application of plasma mutagenesis at atmospheric pressure and room temperature was studied in the field of bacteria,fungi,yeast and microalgae.Mutagenesis strains have the characteristics of genetic stability and high yield,which can improve economic benefits in practical application.The atmospheric room temperature plasma mutagenesis technology was systematically analyzed,providing a theoretical basis for further study of atmospheric room temperature plasma mutagenesis.
