基于中医理论的胃肠康复操在老年功能性胃肠病中的应用

Application of Gastrointestinal Rehabilitation Exercises Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Elderly Patients with Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders

目的探讨胃肠功能康复操在老年功能性胃肠病中的应用效果。方法2018年5月至2019年2月,便利抽样法选取在某院治疗的63例功能性胃肠病老年患者为研究对象,采用信封法将其分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=30)。观察组在常规护理的基础上进行胃肠功能康复操锻炼;对照组给予常规护理结合口服枸橼酸莫沙必利,干预时间1个月,比较两组患者的7项临床症状评分。结果干预后,两组患者症状总分分别为(5.69±1.84)分和(7.94±2.45)分,观察组优于对照组;且7项症状中,观察组睡眠障碍症状优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论胃肠功能康复操能达到与药物相同的减轻老年功能性胃肠病症状的效果,有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of gastrointestinal rehabilitation exercises in elderly patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders.Methods 63 elderly patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders who received treatment in a hospital from May 2018 to February 2019 were selected by convenience sampling method and divided into observation group(n=33) and control group(n=30) by envelope method. On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group received comprehensive intervention with gastrointestinal rehabilitation training program, while the control group received routine nursing combined with oral mosapride citrate treatment. The experiment time range is one month and the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention, the total symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were(5.69±1.84) and(7.94±2.45) respectively, which meant that the observation group was better than control group. Among the 7 symptoms, the symptoms of sleep disorders in the observation group were better than those in the control group and the differences were with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with drugs, gastrointestinal rehabilitation exercises can achieve the same effect of reducing the symptoms of the elder patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders, and have certain clinical application value.
