校园足球特色学校师资培训现状调查研究——以云南省校园足球试点县(区)为例

摘要 运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对云南省5个校园足球试点县(区)域内的校园足球特色学校任职的足球教师和教练员参加培训情况进行调查.研究认为:(1)师资队伍整体偏年轻化,但已形成骨干教师、青年骨干教师、青年教师、新入职教师传帮带的人才梯队;(2)教师和教练员参培率已达100%且成效显著,但对培训制度的评价还不够理想;(3)提出深化"平台+基地"培训模式、推进"层次+模块化"培训内容、优化"固定+兼职+流动"岗位配置、完善"培训+晋升"制度等优化路径. The participation of soccer teachers and coaches serving in schools with school soccer characteristics in five pilot counties(districts)in Yunnan Province is investigated by using literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and other research methods.The study revealed that,(1)the overall teacher team is young,but a team of key teachers,young key teachers,young teachers and new teachers has been formed;(2)the participation rate of teachers and coaches has reached 100%with effectiveness,but the evaluation of the training system is not satisfactory;(3)the optimized method has been found by deepening the"platform+base training mode,promoting"level+modular"training content,optimizing"fixed+part-time+mobile"job configuration,and improving"training+promotion"system.
