摘要 骨质疏松症是常见的退行性疾病,易发生骨折,严重危害老年人的健康。在骨质疏松症环境下成骨是一个复杂的过程,涉及干细胞的定向分化和信号通路的相互作用。Wnt/β联蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路是促进骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨细胞分化途径中的重要信号通路之一,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路中的各种蛋白均在成骨中起调控作用,同时Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在骨质疏松内环境下也对促进成骨起重要作用。深入研究Wnt/β-catenin信号通路对骨质疏松症和非骨质疏松症环境下成骨的影响,可为骨质疏松症的治疗及预防提供指导。 Osteoporosis is a common degenerative disease,which is prone to fracture and seriously endangers the health of the elderly.Osteogenesis in the environment of osteoporosis is a complex process,which involves the directional differentiation of stem cells and the interaction of signal pathways.Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway is one of the important signal pathways in promoting the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts.All the proteins in Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway also play a regulatory role in osteogenesis.At the same time,Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway plays an important role in promoting osteogenesis in the internal environment of osteoporosis.Therefore,the study of the effect of Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway on osteogenesis in osteoporosis and non-osteoporosis environment will provide guidance for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.
