干细胞应用安全性及其影响因素的研究

摘要 干细胞来源广泛,且易获取,具有自我更新、复制以及多向分化的潜能,在个体发育和疾病发生发展的过程中具有重要作用。近年来,随着研究的不断深入,干细胞移植在多种疾病治疗过程中取得显著成效,逐渐成为再生医学的热点。随着干细胞临床应用的不断增多,其安全性问题(如致瘤性、移植物抗宿主病、血栓)日益受到重视,尤其是致瘤性,仍然是目前限制干细胞临床应用的主要因素。而干细胞的应用安全性受多种因素的影响,如干细胞种类、输注剂量、培养时间和环境以及冻存条件等,因此在临床应用前迫切需要分析影响干细胞安全性的因素,从而提出相应的改善措施。 Stem cells are widely sourced and easy to obtain,and have the potential of self-renewal,replication and multi-directional differentiation,which plays an important role in the process of individual development and disease occurrence and development.In recent years,with the deepening of research,stem cell transplantation has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of a variety of diseases,and has gradually become a hot spot in regenerative medicine.With the increasing clinical application of stem cells,the safety issues(such as tumorigenesis,graft versus host disease,thrombus)are increasingly concerned,especially tumorigenesis,which is still the main factor limiting the clinical application of stem cells.The safety of stem cell application is affected by many factors,such as stem cell type,infusion dose,culture time,environment and freeze-storage conditions.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the factors affecting the safety of stem cells before clinical application,so as to propose corresponding improvement measures.
