粪便微生物移植在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的研究进展

Research Progress of Fecal Microbial Transplantation in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种消化内科常见疾病,近年其发病率呈逐年升高趋势,目前UC的治疗以内科药物治疗为主,但药物治疗对部分UC无明显疗效。UC患者的肠道菌群种类和数量与健康人群存在较大差异。粪便微生物移植作为一种特殊的无器官排斥反应的器官移植,可在一定程度上重建UC患者的肠道微生态平衡,迅速纠正肠道菌群失调,恢复肠道功能,改善、缓解甚至治愈UC,因此粪便微生物菌群移植有望成为重建UC及其他免疫介导疾病微生物平衡的备选方案。

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a common disease in gastroenterology.Its incidence has been increasing year by year in recent years.Currently,the treatment of UC is mainly based on internal medicine,but drug therapy has no obvious effect on some UC cases.There are great differences between UC patients and healthy people in the type and quantity of intestinal flora.As a special organ transplantation without organ rejection,fecal microbial transplantation can reconstruct the intestinal microecological balance of UC patients to a certain extent,quickly correct the imbalance of intestinal flora,restore the intestinal function,and improve,alleviate or even cure UC.Therefore,fecal microbial transplantation is expected to become an alternative to reconstruct the microbial balance of UC and other immune-mediated diseases.
