摘要 痛风是一种常见的临床疾病,以高尿酸血症为主要生化基础,以关节中单钠尿酸盐沉积为病理特点,发病率和致残率均较高,严重影响人类健康。因此,对痛风发病机制的研究逐渐受到重视。由于人体试验的诸多局限,痛风动物模型的建立和研究十分必要。目前常见的动物模型包括高尿酸血症模型、痛风性关节炎模型等,各种模型各具特点,均可在一定程度上反映痛风的本质,但与临床痛风仍存在一定差距。 Gout is a common clinical disease with hyperuricemia as its main biochemical basis and monosodium urate deposition in joints as its pathological features.It has high morbidity and disability rates and seriously affects human health.Therefore,the study on the pathogenesis of gout has been paid more and more attention.Because of the limitations of human tests,it is necessary to establish and study the animal model of gout.At present,the common animal models include hyperuricemia model and gouty arthritis model etc.Each model has its own characteristics and can reflect the nature of gout to a certain extent,while there is still a certain gap between them and clinical gout.
