膝关节纤维化治疗方法的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 膝关节纤维化关节活动度的减少和持续的疼痛均会给患者的生活和工作带来极大影响,甚至导致残疾。目前关于膝关节纤维化发病机制及治疗的研究越来越受到广大学者的关注,但针对膝关节纤维化治疗的研究仍停留在抗炎、镇痛和外科治疗方面,纠正细胞信号失调的药理学研究正处于初步探索阶段。而抗器官纤维化的治疗方法及其研究或许可以作为膝关节纤维化治疗研究的基石。纠正细胞信号失调的药理学方法,如表观遗传修饰、转化生长因子-β信号修饰以及应用生物制剂等可能成为未来研究膝关节纤维化治疗的关键。 The reduction of range of motion and continuous pain of knee fibrosis have a great impact on the life and work of the patients,and can even lead to disability.At present,more and more scholars are paying attention to the pathogenesis and treatment of knee fibrosis,however,the research on the treatment of knee fibrosis is still limited to anti-inflammatory,analgesic and surgical treatment,while the pharmacological research on correcting cell signal imbalance is still in the preliminary exploration stage.The treatment method and research of anti-organ fibrosis may serve as the cornerstone of the treatment of knee fibrosis.Pharmacological methods to correct the cell signal disorder,such as epigenetic modification,transforming growth factor-βsignal modification and the application of biological agents,may be the keys to the future study of the treatment of knee fibrosis.
