新型高效重油催化裂解(RTC)技术的工业应用 被引量:15

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF NOVEL DEEP CATALYTIC CRACKING TECHNOLOGY FOR RESID TO CHEMICALS(RTC)

摘要 基于重油催化裂解(DCC)工艺不适于处理劣质重油原料的情况,开发了具有特殊结构的重油高效催化裂解快速床反应器,并形成新型高效催化裂解(RTC)工艺技术。中国石化安庆分公司采用RTC技术对其DCC装置进行工艺改造,用高效快速床反应器取代了原有的提升管+密相床层反应器,随后进行了工业试验。工业试验结果表明:和DCC工艺相比,RTC工艺对劣质掺渣原料具有更好的适应性,双烯(乙烯+丙烯)收率和选择性明显提高,焦炭和油浆产率明显降低,汽油的烯烃含量降低、芳烃含量增加、辛烷值增加。 Based on the analysis of DCC process unadaptable to inferior feedstock,a novel high efficient fast fluidized bed with special structure for heavy oil catalytic cracking was developed for production of propylene,and accordingly to form a process called RTC(Residue To Chemicals).The old DCC unit in SINOPEC Anqing Company was revamped with the new RTC process by replacing the previous reactor of riser plus dense phase bed with the new developed fast fluidized bed reactor.Subsequently,the commercial application was completed.The commercial application results showed that in comparison with DCC,RTC not only showed excellent adaptability to inferior feed blended with hydrotreated residue,but also produced more propylene and ethylene with higher selectivity while coke and slurry yields decreased.In addition,the gasoline property was improved due to lower olefin content,higher aromatics and higher RON by applying RTC process.
