不同类型抗氧剂在润滑脂中协同作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用压力差示扫描量热法分别考察了自由基终止型与过氧化物分解型抗氧剂在润滑脂中的抗氧化作用,以及两类抗氧剂复合使用的协同抗氧化作用;采用阿伦尼乌斯方程计算了添加不同抗氧剂的润滑脂的氧化反应活化能。结果表明:作为自由基终止剂的胺类和酚类抗氧剂之间有一定的协同作用,复合添加后使润滑脂的抗氧化性能有一定的提高;胺类、酚类自由基终止型抗氧剂与过氧化物分解型抗氧剂的三元复合体系具有良好的抗氧化协同作用,能够显著增大润滑脂氧化反应的活化能,大幅提升润滑脂的抗氧化性能。 The antioxidation of free radical terminating antioxidants and peroxide decomposing antioxidants in grease were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry,and the synergistic effect of the two antioxidants was studied.According to Arrhenius equation,the activation energy of the oxidation reaction of grease with different antioxidants was calculated.The results show that as free radical terminating antioxidants,the amines and phenolic antioxidants show synergistic effect which can improve antioxidant performance of grease.The ternary complex system of free radical terminating antioxidants of amines and phenols and peroxide decomposing antioxidants has good antioxidant synergistic effect,which can significantly improve the oxidation reaction activation energy of grease and greatly enhance its antioxidant performance.
