肾移植病人自我管理需求质性研究的Meta整合

Qualitative research on self-management needs of renal transplant patients:a Meta-synthesis

目的:整合肾移植病人自我管理需求的质性研究,为肾移植护理干预提供依据。方法:计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EBSCO、EMbase、Science Direct、Web of Science、MedLine以及中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普数据库,搜集关于肾移植病人自我管理需求的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2020年5月30日。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的质性研究真实性评价工具(2016)评价文献质量,并采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合。结果:共纳入7项研究,提炼出35个主要结果,归纳成12个新的类别,综合成4个整合结果,分别为信息/知识支持需求、物质性支持需求、情感性支持需求、社会性支持需求。结论:需开展肾移植病人自我管理需求的本土研究,针对我国病人具体需求,结合实际情况开展护理干预。

Objective:To integrate the qualitative studies on the self-management needs of patients with renal transplantation,in order to provide basis for nursing intervention of renal transplantation.Methods:The qualitative studies on the self-management needs of renal transplant patients were searched in The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EBSCO,EMbase,ScienceDirect,Web of Science,MedLine,CNKI,Wanfang Database,CBM and VIP database by computer.The searched time was from the database establishment to May 30,2020.The qualitative research authenticity evaluation tool of Australian JBI evidence-based Health Care Center(2016)was used to evaluate the literatures quality.And the aggregate integration method was used to integrate the results.Results:A total of seven studies were included,35 main results were extracted,and 12 new categories were summarized,and 4 integrated results were obtained,which were information/knowledge support demand,material support demand,emotional support demand,social support demand.Conclusions:It was necessary to carry out local researches on the self-management needs of renal transplant patients,and nursing intervention should be carried out according to the specific needs of Chinese patients and actual situation.
