摘要
目的为陈皮的质量控制提供参考。方法建立并优化超声提取工艺,分别采用超声提取法和索氏提取法对5批不同产地的陈皮药材进行提取,并建立测定陈皮中橙皮苷、川陈皮素、桔皮素含量的高效液相色谱法。结果超声提取法提取橙皮苷、川陈皮素、桔皮素的提取率均高于索氏提取法。结论超声提取法提取率高于索氏提取法,且简单便捷,可用于提取陈皮中的黄酮类成分,以控制陈皮的质量。
Objective To provide a reference for quality control of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.Methods Ultrasonic extraction technology was established and optimized.Five batches of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from different places were extracted by ultrasonic method and Soxhlet extraction method respectively.A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the content determination of hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.Results Compared with the Soxhlet method,the ultrasonic extraction method had a higher extraction rate of hesperidin,nobiletin and tangeretin.Conclusion Ultrasonic extraction method is simple and convenient,and it has a higher extraction rate than the Soxhlet extraction method,which is more suitable for the extraction of flavonoids from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.
