某院碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素应用情况分析

Application of Carbapenems and Tigecycline in a Hospital

目的促进碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素的临床合理应用,遏制细菌耐药。方法回顾性分析安徽省第二人民医院2020年1月至6月使用碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素患者的病历,并进行合理用药专项点评及专档管理分析。结果共643例(累计693例次)患者使用了碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素,使用合理率为81.67%(566/693);不合理情况主要为适应证不适宜(10.68%)、用法用量及配伍不适宜(6.63%);专档管理较好,但仍存在用药前未送检(15.15%)、非紧急情况使用特殊使用级抗菌药物无会诊(13.56%)等情况。结论该院碳青霉烯类抗菌药物及替加环素的临床应用较合理,针对不足仍需加强专档管理及专项点评,提高合理用药水平,降低细菌耐药率。

Objective To promote the clinical rational use of carbapenems and tigecycline,and curb bacterial resistance.Methods The medical records of patients who used carbapenems and tigecycline in the Anhui No.2 Provincial People’s Hospital from January to June2020 were retrospectively analyzed,the special comment on rational drug use was carried out and the specialized archives management was statistically analyzed.Results A total of 643 patients(693 times)were treated with carbapenems and tegacyclin,and the rational rate was 81.67%(566/693).The unreasonable cases mainly included inappropriate indications(10.68%),inappropriate usage,dosage and compatibility(6.63%).The management of special files was good,even if there were still some problems,such as not sending for examination before medication(15.15%),non-emergency use of antibiotics without special grade consultation(13.56%).Conclusion The clinical application of carbapenems and tigecycline in our hospital is rational.In view of the shortcomings,we still need to strengthen the specialized archives management and special comment,improve the level of rational drug use and reduce the rate of bacterial resistance.
