3种口服抗流感病毒药物药理特性及临床应用对比

A Comparative Review of the Pharmacological Characteristics and Clinical Application of Three Oral Anti-Influenza Drugs

目的探讨阿比多尔、奥司他韦、法匹拉韦3种口服抗流感病毒药物的药理特性,为临床的合理使用提供参考。方法通过阅读文献、药品说明书、诊疗指南等,3种口服抗流感病毒药物的药理差异。结果奥司他韦耐药性稍差,但安全性数据更完善;3种口服抗流感病毒药物的有效性无明显差异。结论3种口服抗流感病毒药物均能有效用于甲、乙型流感病毒的治疗。

Objective To investigate the pharmacological characteristics of three oral anti-influenza drugs(Arbidol,Oseltamivir,Favipiravir)and provide a reference for their clinical rational use.Methods The pharmacological characteristics of three oral anti-inflnenza drugs were compared by reading the literature,package insert,diagnosis and treatment guidelines and other related materials.Results The drug resistance of Oseltamivir was slightly poor,but its safety data was more perfect.However,there was no significant difference in the efficacy among the three oral anti-influenza drugs.Conclusion Three oral anti-influenza drugs can be effectively used in the treatment of influenza A and B viruses.
