摘要
通过对某化工厂回收塔塔盘腐蚀处进行宏观形貌检查,并用扫描电镜及能谱等手段对微观形貌和腐蚀产物分析.确认其腐蚀严重的原因是加料口附近醋酸浓度有变化,存在电动势,引发电化学腐蚀,浓度变化越大,电动势越大,电化学腐蚀越快.
By a chemical plant recovery tower tray corrosion in the macro inspection,and use the scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis method for analyzed the microstructure and corrosion products.And it is identified the cause of the serious corrosion is feeding mouth near the acetic acid concentration have change,electromotive force,caused electrochemical corrosion,the greater the concentration change,the greater the electromotive force,the faster the electrochemical corrosion.
