山生柳不同优树无性系光合特性比较

摘要 为筛选出适宜青海省造林栽培的山生柳无性系,采用多指标系统聚类分析方法测定18个山生柳无性系的叶绿素含量、净光合速率和蒸腾速率等生理指标。结果表明,18个山生柳无性系中T_(11)、T_(10)、T_(3)、G_(21)、Q_(43)号山生柳无性系的叶绿素含量、光合活性及光能利用率均显著大于其它山生柳无性系。因此,可将此5个山生柳无性系作为光合生理育种中的高光合特性无性系资源。 In order to select raw mountain willow clones suitable for afforestation construction of Qinghai Province cultivation,measuring the chlorophyll content of 18 mountain raw willow clones,net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate and other physiological indicators index multi-system cluster analysis.The results showed that the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic activity and light energy utilization efficiency of T_(11),T_(10),T_(3),G_(21) and Q_(43) of the 18 willow clones were significantly higher than those of other willow clones.Therefore,these 5 wild willow clones can be used as high photosynthetic characteristics clone resources in photosynthetic physiological breeding.
