摘要
2018-2019年在福建省林业科学研究院苗圃,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验设计方法以母树树龄、采穗部位、插穗长度、插穗直径等为试验因素,研究云南红豆杉扦插繁殖技术。结果表明:插穗来源或规格极显著影响云南红豆杉的扦插成活率,各因子对云南红豆杉扦插成活率的影响排序为:采穗部位>插穗直径>插穗长度>母树树龄;其中以2年生的云南红豆杉母树上选取主干顶梢制成长度为10 cm、直径0.5 cm的插穗,并使用ABT1100 mg·L^(-1)溶液处理穗条,使用洁净的沙壤土进行扦插育苗效果最好,云南红豆杉的扦插成活率、平均根数、平均根长分别可达97.33%、8.46条、9.97 cm。
In order to study the cottage technique of Taxus yunnanensis,in the nursery of Fujian Academy of Forestry in 2018-2019,the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal design method was used to study the cottage technique of Taxus yunnanensis by taking the age of the mother tree,the position of the ears,the length of the cuttings,and the diameter of the cuttings as the experimental factors.The results showed that the cutting survival rate of Taxus yunnanensis could be significantly affected by the source or specification of cuttings.The order of influence of each factor on the cutting survival rate of Taxus yunnanensis was as follows:the position of panicle gathering(B)>diameter of cuttings(D)>length of cuttings(C)>the age of mother trees(A).The cutting seedlings has the best effect wih the cuttings with length of 10 cm and diameter of 0.5 cm were made from the stem tips of the mother trees of Taxus yunnanensis born in 2 a,and the panicle strips were treated with 100 mg·L^(-1)ABT1 solution,and using clean sandy loam soil.The cutting survival rate,average root number,and average root length of Taxus yunnanensis can reach 97.33%,8.46,and 9.97 cm.
