摘要
由于传统的无衍射光分布测量系统的无衍射距离计算准确度和测量精准率低,为此基于小孔成像光斑设计了一种新的无衍射光分布测量系统。系统硬件设计中选择相应的处理手段调整硬件元件机制,选择Honenywell CK71数据采集器进行特殊处理,不断调整处理过程,并对收集数据进行解析,保证数据收集的完整程度。在计算模块中不断划分计算数据与光斑距离数据的差异,按照相应准则进行计算处理;在光分布测量模块中利用光模块测量仪对整体光分布进行测量,实现对系统硬件的设计操作。在系统软件设计中,设置相应的光谱测量程序对光分布进行检验测量,提升系统的软件操作能力,实现整体系统设计操作。实验结果表明,基于小孔成像光斑的无衍射光分布测量系统能够在一定程度上优化系统内部结构,调整数据状态,具有较高的系统研究价值。
The traditional non⁃diffracted light distribution measurement system has low calculation accuracy and measurement precision of non⁃diffracted distance.Therefore,a new non⁃diffracted light distribution measurement system based on the pinhole imaging light spot is proposed.In the design of the system hardware,the corresponding processing means is selected to adjust the hardware component mechanism,the data collector Honenywell CK71 is selected for special processing,and the processing process is continuously adjusted.In addition,the collected data is analyzed to ensure the completeness of the data collection.In the calculation module,the differences between the calculated data and the spot distance data are continuously discriminated,and the calculation processing is performed in accordance with the corresponding guidelines.In the light distribution measurement module,the optical module measuring instrument is used to measure the overall light distribution to realize the design operation of the system hardware.In the design of the system software,the corresponding spectrum measurement program is set to inspect and measure the light distribution,so as to improve the software operation ability of the system,and realize the overall system design operation.The experimental results show that the non⁃diffracted light distribution measurement system based on the pinhole imaging light spot can be used to optimize the internal structure of the system and adjust the data status to a certain extent.Therefore,it has a high systematic research value.
