摘要 以焦化蜡油脱除焦粉用固-液旋流器为研究对象,在一套冷态试验装置上开展DN75 mm切流式旋流器分离性能的试验研究,考察操作参数对分离效率及压降的影响。研究结果表明,对旋流器分离效率影响程度从大到小的操作参数依次为入口体积流量、底流率、进料质量浓度;旋流器压降随入口体积流量的增大而增大,底流率和进料质量浓度对压降影响较小;当入口体积流量为5~6 m^(3)/h、底流率为20%时,旋流器可获得更高的分离效率。基于操作参数对旋流器分离效率的影响数据,回归建立了旋流器分离效率预测模型,计算误差在10%以内。 Solid-liquid cyclone is used for the coke powder removal from the coking wax oil.The separation performance of DN75 mm tangential cyclone was studied on a set of cold model experimental equipment,and the influence of operating parameters on the separation efficiency and pressure drop were researched.The results show that the effects degree of operating parameters on separation efficiency decrease in the following order:inlet flow rate>bottom flow ratio>solid feed concentration.The pressure drop of cyclone increases with the increase of inlet flow ratem,the effect of bottom flow rate and feed concentration on pressure drop is small.The separation efficiency can achieve higher separation efficiency when the inlet flow rate is range of 5~6 m^(3)/h and the bottom flow ratio is 20%.Based on the influence data of operating parameters on separation efficiency,a cyclone separation efficiency prediction model was established by regression within 10%calculation error.
