耐火砖在回转窑中的主要作用是保护筒体免受高温损坏,同时起隔热作用,减少散热损失,增强回转窑的蓄热能力。过渡带常规配置的硅莫砖导热系数偏大,使筒体温度偏高,散热损失大,长期高温将影响设备正常运转和筒体的寿命。
