摘要 为增强SBS改性沥青的路用性能,通过将废旧胶粉(CR)与SBS复合制备改性沥青,以期在节能环保的同时改善路面服役性能。以SBS改性沥青为参照,加入不同掺量的胶粉,制备CR/SBS复合改性沥青,进行沥青软化点、针入度、延度、粘度试验,评价改性沥青的基本性能和流变性能。通过动稳定度、低温小梁、劈裂抗拉强度的测试,表征了CR/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的高低温性能和抗水损性能。结果表明,CR/SBS复合改性沥青的最佳胶粉掺量为15%。 In order to enhance the road performance of SBS modified asphalt,modified asphalt was prepared by compounding waste crush(CR)with SBS,which may be beneficial to energy saving and environmental protection.Different dosages of CR were put in SBS asphalt to prepare CR/SBS composite material,the basic and rheology performance of modified asphalt were conducted by softening point,penetration,ductility,and viscosity tests.The CR/SBS mixture is characterized by high-low temperature performance and water loss resistance through testing the dynamic stability,low temperature trabeculae,and splitting tensile strength.The results show that the best CR content in CR/SBS composite modified asphalt is 15%.
