摘要
钢水顶渣改质程度对300吨RH真空脱碳效率有显著影响。通过优化转炉底吹模式,降低转炉出钢氧含量,对顶渣适度改质,为RH提供良好初始条件,可有效提升RH深脱碳速率。
The modification degree of molten steel slag has a significant effect on the vacuum decarbonization efficiency of 300 tons RH.By optimizing the bottom blowing mode of converter,reducing the oxygen content of converter tapping,and modifying the top slag appropriately,it can provide good initial conditions for RH,and effectively improve the rate of deep decarburization of RH.
