对加强机械设备维修质量管理的若干思考

Thinking of Maintenance Quality Management of Mechanical Equipment

分析了机械维修质量管理中存在的问题,主要有:质量管理不严格、维修人员技术水平不高以及机械维修体系不健全。通过分析发现影响机械维修质量管理的因素有四点:系统对机械设备预期维修的影响、机械设备零部件鉴定的影响、零件的制造和修理水平和质量的影响以及管理制度的影响。最后针对这些问题提出了提升机械维修质量管理的措施。

The problems existing in the quality management of mechanical maintenance are analyzed.The main problems include:the quality management is not strict,the technical level of maintenance personnel is not high and the mechanical maintenance system is not perfect.Through the analysis,it is found that there are four factors affecting the quality management of mechanical maintenance:the influence of the system on the expected maintenance of mechanical equipment,the influence of the identification of mechanical equipment parts,the influence of the manufacturing and repair level and quality of parts,and the influence of the management system.Finally,measures to improve the quality management of mechanical maintenance are put forward in view of these problems.
