电气自动化控制技术在钢铁工厂生产中应用的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Application of Electrical Automation Control Technology in Steel Plant Production

我国现阶段的工业生产中,特别是钢铁行业内电气自动化技术的应用,能够进一步提高钢铁企业的生产效率,同时有助于钢铁工厂对成本进行控制,提高钢铁企业的发展速度,促进企业健康发展,所以钢铁工厂应当注重电气自动化控制技术的应用。但是,目前我国钢铁企业的电气系统控制功能并不全面,相对来说较为被动,需要大力推广应用自动化控制技术。结合实际工作经验,针对电气自动化控制技术对于钢铁工厂生产的意义进行分析。

In the current industrial production of China,especially the application of electrical automation technology in the steel industry,it can further improve the production efficiency of steel enterprises,and help steel factories control the cost,improve the development speed of iron and steel enterprises and promote the healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,steel plants should pay attention to the application of electrical automation control technology.However,the electrical system control function of steel enterprises in China is not comprehensive,relatively passive,so it is necessary to promote the application of automation control technology.In this paper,combined with practical work experience,the significance of electrical automation control technology for iron and steel plant production is analyzed.
