With the implementation of the CPC Central Committee's"opinions on Strengthening Party building in public hospitals",the management system of public hospitals in China is in the transition period of the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee.Under the new situation of comprehensively and strictly governing the party,accelerating the establishment and improvement of the new management system and operation mechanism is the political core task of Party Construction in public hospitals.Through the analysis of the original operation mechanism of the president responsibility system in public hospitals,this paper discusses the practical significance and main ideas of constructing the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee of public hospitals,So as to achieve the goal of effectively promoting the level of Party building in public hospitals and promoting the integration of Party building and business development.
