土壤中纤维素高效降解菌的初筛及形态学观察研究 被引量:2

摘要 为从土壤中筛选出纤维素高效降解菌株,本研究以宁夏扬黄灌区的13个土壤样品为研究对象,通过菌种分离和纯化,共获得纯化菌株836株,其中真菌122株,细菌543株,放线菌171株。通过羧甲基纤维素钠培养基结合刚果红染色法进行筛选,以菌落直径与产生水解圈直径比值为评判指标,获得具有较强纤维素降解功能的菌株26株。对这些菌株进行培养特征观察和显微观察,初步鉴定其中放线菌10株,细菌16株。研究结果旨在为进一步开展秸秆纤维素高效降解菌的筛选及应用提供技术支撑。 In order to screen out cellulose-degrading bacteria from soil,13 soil samples were collected from the Yellow River irrigation area in Ningxia,and a total of 836 strains,including 122 fungi,543 bacteria and 171 actinomycetes,were isolated and purified.A total of 26 strains with strong cellulose degradation abilities were screened by using the ratio of colony diameter to the diameter of hydrolytic zone as the evaluation index through the combination of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose medium and Congo red staining.The culture characteristics and microscopic observation of these strains,10 strains of actinomycetes and 16 strains of bacteria were preliminarily identified.The results can provide technical support for further screening and application of straw cellulose-degrading bacteria.
