摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国乡村地区学校冰雪运动实践探索与发展路径进行研究。自国家出台推动冰雪运动进校园政策以来,乡村学校的实践大致形成政府部门主导、企业力量参与、公益组织补充的格局,具体实践内容涉及配备器材、培训师资、学生冰雪体验活动等。针对目前实践过程中的难点提出因地制宜的发展路径:深化政策执行的有效落实、保障场地器材的投入配备、尝试网络元素的冰雪课堂、融合奥林匹克的文化理念,以期增加参与冰雪运动的人口数量,助力我国2022年冬奥会冰雪大国形象的展示。
By using the methods of literature research and logical analysis,this paper studies the practice and development path of winter sports in rural schools of China.Since the Chinese government released the national policy to promote winter sports in campus,the implementation of this policy in rural schools have generally formed a pattern of government-leading,enterprise-participating and social welfare organization-supplementing.The specific practice content involves the activities of equipment provision,teacher training,and students’winter sports experiencing etc.In view of the difficulties in the current practice,this paper proposes a development path according to local conditions including:deepening and solidifying the effective policy implementation;ensuring the investment in equipment and venues,exploring winter sports courses based on information technology and integrating the Olympic cultural concept in order to increase the number of people participating in winter sports and help presenting national image in the context of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
