面向工程设计能力培养的虚拟仿真系统开发

摘要 作为工程教育认证标准中12条毕业要求之一,工程设计能力是目前工程创新人才培养的重点和薄弱环节。为打破重复模仿的设计能力传统培养方式,本文利用Unity3D、Visual Studio、拓扑网络分析等仿真系统开发技术,基于我国餐厨垃圾资源化利用的实践成果,融合“开放—互动—智慧”理念,开发了集平面布置、工艺设计、设备调试为一体的浸入式餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵虚拟仿真实验系统。该系统不仅可以提高实验的安全系数,自主式和交互式的实训体验还可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提升教学效果,从而为工程应用型设计人才培养平台的搭建提供重要参考。 As one of the 12 graduation requirements in engineering education certification standards,the engineering design ability is the key and weak link in the training of engineering innovation talents.In order to break the traditional teaching model of repeated imitation in the training of engineering design ability,this paper uses the simulation system development technology of Unity3D,Visual Studio,topology network analysis,etc.Based on the practice results of kitchen waste resource utilization in China and the concept of“open,interactive,wisdom”,a immersion virtual simulation experiment system for anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste is developed,which integrates plane layout,process design and equipment debugging.The system can not only improve the safety factor of the experiments and the students’independent and interactive training experience,but can also stimulate students’interest in learning and improve the teaching effect,thus providing an important reference for the construction of engineering application-oriented design talent training platform.
