亲子共育理念下托幼衔接路径探索

Exploration on the Connection Path of Nursery(Age of 0~3) and Kindergarten(Age of 3~6) under the Concept of Parent-Child Co-education

摘要 国务院出台《国务院办公厅关于促进3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务发展的指导意见》,对我国新时代0~3岁的婴幼儿教育发展有重要的作用。基于亲子共育理念下托幼衔接工作现状,幼儿园在与0~3岁的婴幼儿教育衔接的过程中存在的主要问题是:托幼衔接的资源缺乏家、园、社区三方的整合和共育;托幼衔接的路径缺乏针对性、渗透性、选择性;托幼衔接的策略缺乏过渡、递进性。在分析现状及存在问题的基础上提出相应对策:资源共享——构建托幼衔接共育平台;途径共融——探索托幼衔接特色路径;叠加共赢——优化托幼衔接的策略。 The State Council issued The Guidance of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Development of Infant Care Services for Infants under the Age of 3,which plays an important role in the education development of infants aged 0~3 in China in the new era.Therefore,based on the the current situation of nursery-kindergarten connection under the concept of parent-child co-education,the main problems in this connecting process are:the resources of nursery-kindergarten connection lack the integration and co-education of home,kindergarten,and community;the path of nursery-kindergarten connection lacks pertinence,permeability,and selectivity;the strategy of nursery-kindergarten connection lacks transition and progressiveness.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward based on the analysis of the present situation and the existing problems:resource sharing—constructing the platform for nursery-kindergarten connection and co-education;ways of integration—exploring the characteristic path of nursery-kindergarten connection;overlying and win-win situation—optimizing the strategy of nursery-kindergarten connection.
