“三全育人”理念引导下高校思政教育改革探析

On the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities under the Guidance of the“Three Whole Education”Concept

在高校思想政治教育工作中,构建全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的思想政治教育新格局,对于推进高校思想政治教育工作得以持续发展具有重要意义。在对"三全育人"理念所具有的内涵做出分析与论述的基础上,在"三全育人"理念引导下,对高校思想政治教育改革工作的开展与优化路径进行了研究与探讨,以期能够充分发挥出"三全育人"理念在高校育人工作中的指导价值,为高校思想政治教育工作成效的提升提供助力。

In the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it is of great significance to promoting the sustainable development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to construct a new pattern of ideological and political education under the guidance of the concept of whole staff education,whole process education and all-round education.Based on the analysis and discussion of the connotation of the concept of“three whole education”,and under the guidance of the“three whole education”concept,this paper studies and discusses the development and optimization path of the ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities,in order to give full play to the guiding value of the“three whole education”concept in the education work in colleges and universities,and provide assistance for the improvement of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.
