病原生物学研究生管理评价体系的建设与实践——以海南医学院为例

Construction and Practice of the Management and Evaluation System for Graduate Students of Pathogenic Biology: Taking Hainan Medical College as an Example

对海南医学院病原生物学硕士研究生的培养模式进行了探讨,创建"文献阅读能力"的考核与"公开式文献抄读""五项基本实验操作技术"的达标考核、"有特色的学术报告""多学科交叉式开题"的审核把关以及"增配一名盲评专家"的中期考核等科研能力的培养考核考核体系,并进行实践。在不同的研究生阶段进行不同的考核与评价,培养研究生不仅掌握各种实验技术方法,而且具备独立思考、解决问题和设计研究课题的能力。

In this paper,the training model of graduate students of pathogenic biology of Hainan Medical U-niversity is discussed,and the system of training and assessment of scientific research ability is established and practiced,which includes“literature reading ability”,“open literature transcribing and reading”,“five basic experi-mental operation techniques”,“characteristic academic report”,“multi-disciplinary thesis proposal examination and control”,and“adding an anonymous review expert in the mid-term assessment”,etc.In different stages,different assessment and evaluation should be conducted in order to train graduate students not only to master various experimental techniques,but also to have the ability to think independently,to solve problems and to design research projects.
