摘要
“教师角色”作为教师教育研究中的一个重点研究课题,其内涵一直以来受到学者的关注。在众多教师角色内涵中,“社会代表者”便是最初由吴康宁所提出的一种极具代表性的内涵,其所具有的独特价值不仅有助于我国教师的角色定位,还有利于不同时代要求下教师教育制度的制定和实施。基于世界范围内多重价值观冲击下我国部分教师所面临的角色定位混乱问题,从结构功能主义的视角论证了教师作为社会代表者的合理性,并提出了教师作为社会代表者的“社会所需人才培养者”“公共价值规范传递者”和“人力资源筛选辅助者”三重角色。
As a key research topic in teacher education research,the connotation of teacher role has been discussed by scholars all the time.Among the many teachers’role connotations,“social representative”is a very representative connotation originally put forward by Wu Kang-ning.Its unique value is not only helpful to the role orientation of teachers in our country,but also conducive to the formulation and implementation of teacher education system under different specific requirements of the times.Starting from the confusion of role positioning faced by many teachers in our country under the impact of multiple values in the world,this paper demonstrates the rationality of teachers as social representatives,and proposes the triple role of teachers as social representatives:“trainers of talents needed by society”“,transmitters of public value norms”and“assistants in human resources screening”.
