在国家倡导创新驱动发展的背景下,人才创新是创新发展的本质。随着世界经济发展格局不断变化,企业发展战略也随之变化,对创新型管理类人才的要求也从单一的创新型管理转为具备国际化视野的创新型管理。各高校应根据国内外管理人才需求的变化,对现有的管理类课程体系进行更新和变革,以全球化为视角,以创新为基础,不断完善国际化管理人才的课程体系建设,从教学内容、教学方法、实践环节、考核方法等方面将创新型国际化管理人才培养体系落实到位。

Under the background of national innovation-driven development strategy,talent innovation is the essence of innovation development.With the continuous change of the world economic development pattern,the enterprise development strategy has changed accordingly,and the requirements for innovative management talents have also changed from a single innovative management to an innovative management with international perspectives.According to the change of management talent demand at home and abroad,colleges and universities should update and reform the existing management curriculum system,taking globalization as the perspective and innovation as the basis,constantly improve the curriculum system construction of international management talents,and guarantee the implementation of the innovative international management talent training system from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,practical links and assessment methods.
