摘要 分析创新实践能力评价指标体系在学员创新能力评价工作中的重要性,阐述了构建创新实践能力评价指标体系应遵循的科学性、系统性、导向性、自评与他评相结合、可操作性及定性与定量相结合等六项原则的内涵,构建了工科学员创新实践能力评价指标体系。该体系由4个一级指标和16个二级指标及相应的关注点和要素标准构成,并根据重要性合理分配权重。 This paper analyzes the importance of the evaluation index system of innovation practice ability in the evaluation of innovation ability of students,and elaborates the connotations of six principles that should be followed in constructing the evaluation index system of innovation practice ability,including scientificity,system aticity,orientation,combination of self-evaluation and other-evaluation,operability and combination of qualitative and quantitative,and establishes an evaluation index system for the innovation and practice ability of engineering students.The system is composed of 4 first-level indexes and 16 second-level indexes,as well as corresponding focus and element standards,and the weights are allocated reasonably according to importance.
